Cover with a towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut out large circles, then cut a smaller circle from the center of each one to create a doughnut shape. Gather the leftover dough, roll it out again, and continue making more doughnuts. Place the doughnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 30 minutes. Heat oil for deep frying and fry the doughnuts on both sides until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels and allow them to cool. Dust generously with powdered sugar. Melt dark chocolate and dip the tops of the doughnuts into the chocolate coating.Ingredients
