Ingredients

  • 250 g (9 oz) pitted dates

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.

  2. Process until a smooth, uniform mixture forms.

  3. Lightly wet your hands and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  4. Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
