Classic Crispy Matzah Brei Recipe: A Passover Breakfast Favorite
Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, this traditional matzah brei is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a Passover meal

Add the eggs, salt, and black pepper, and mix well until fully combined. Heat 8 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip the matzah brei. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil around the edges of the skillet. Continue frying until the second side is golden brown and crisp. Serve hot and enjoy!Ingredients
