Regional Plot Allegedly Sought to Lull Israel Before an Attack
Censors have cleared for publication that one Arab country was reportedly asked by another to pursue a peace agreement with Israel, then launch a war at a later time. The countries’ identities remain classified.

According to a report by Channel 12 commentator Amit Segal, one Arab country approached another and suggested: Sign a peace agreement with Israel now, then go to war with it when it is convenient for you. The identities of the countries are under a publication ban due to censorship restrictions.
As a reminder, the Abraham Accords were signed in 2020 with U.S. mediation, establishing full diplomatic relations between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain. Morocco and Sudan later joined the initiative, although the normalization process with Sudan did not advance.
It should be noted that Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan signed a trilateral defense agreement last week, stating that "an armed attack against one of the three countries will be considered an attack against all three." Iran responded to the agreement by saying it would not protect Saudi Arabia. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan was quick to clarify to the Iranians: "The agreement is not directed against Iran."
