The IDF Spokesperson said Wednesday afternoon that yesterday, a building in Jabalia in northern Gaza was struck and destroyed after being used by Hamas operatives as an ambush site and weapons depot. The building was used to plan terror operations against IDF forces, and attempts were made there to restore the organization’s capabilities. Several operatives were killed in the strike.
According to the IDF, the ambush site was about 50 meters from the yellow line and posed a threat to IDF forces operating in the area in accordance with the agreement. In addition, the site was about 70 meters from Kamal Adwan Hospital and about 170 meters from a school.
As reported, Palestinian media outlets said yesterday that at least three people were killed and several others wounded, including some seriously, in repeated drone strikes near the Abu Hussein schools in the Jabalia refugee camp.
