IDF soldiers fired at and brought down one of the drones, while contact with the second drone was lost. There were no casualties among our forces.
It was stated that "the IDF will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to operate against IDF forces in the security zone. The IDF is operating now and will continue to act forcefully against its repeated attempts to harm IDF forces." Lebanese reports said that the Air Force launched a series of strikes in southern Lebanon.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the month, five explosive drones have reportedly been launched at IDF forces on the Ali Tahar Ridge, where dozens of operatives are surrounded in underground infrastructure. Meanwhile, Lebanese reports earlier today said that IDF forces destroyed terrorist infrastructure in the town of Mays al-Jabal in southern Lebanon.
