Israel’s security establishment is preparing for attacks against Israelis abroad, allegedly backed by Iran, N12 reported this Thursday evening. The concern is that Iran is intensifying its efforts to target Israelis and Jews through members of the Quds Force and Hamas operatives abroad.

The assessment has grown in light of the timing the terrorists may choose: the holiday season and three years since the October 7 massacre. Accordingly, guidance will be issued to members of the public flying and traveling abroad, and instructions will be provided to Jewish institutions and communities around the world.

It should be noted that similar assessments were made during the most recent Passover holiday and on October 7 last year.
