Minutes From Kfar Saba: Terror Tunnel Discovered in Qalqilya
Police and Border Police forces seized weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials inside a tunnel that was being excavated. Four suspects were arrested in an operation that thwarted a tangible terrorist infrastructure near the seam line.

The police spokesperson's office said so today (Thursday).
According to the police statement, as part of a precise intelligence-based offensive operation, officers conducted a targeted search in the city of Qalqilya. During the search, they located and seized an M16 weapon, a sniper rifle, ammunition, magazines, phones, fertilizer, a material used to make explosive devices, and a DVR device. The officers also arrested four suspects at the scene, who were transferred to police questioning.
"Israel Police will continue to act proactively to expose excavation infrastructure and weapons in the Samaria region, locate those involved, and bring them to justice," the statement said.
Rafi Saar, mayor of nearby Kfar Saba, said this was a "serious incident that illustrates that the security threat to residents of the seam line is real and immediate. This is not a theoretical warning; it is a security reality that requires decisive action."
