IDF Reveals Footage of Hamas Terrorists Operating Inside Gaza Hospital

The IDF released footage Sunday showing armed terrorists operating inside Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabaliya, northern Gaza, as well as footage of terrorists planting an explosive device just outside the hospital compound.

According to the IDF Spokesperson's statement, Hamas continues to use the hospital and its surroundings as a center for military activity, despite the facility currently operating as an active daytime clinic.

The IDF said intelligence and footage collected from the area indicate that Hamas operatives are using the compound to plan attacks and rebuild the organization's military capabilities. According to the military, the activity exploits the presence of patients, medical personnel, and civilians, effectively using them as human shields in violation of international law.

The military emphasized that this is not the first time terrorist organizations have allegedly used the facility for military purposes. According to the IDF, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad have exploited the hospital and its surroundings for several years to carry out activities against Israeli civilians and IDF forces, despite repeated Israeli warnings against using medical facilities for military operations.

In December 2024, IDF forces conducted an operation in the area of Kamal Adwan Hospital. During the operation, troops discovered weapons and a large quantity of military equipment at the site. More than 240 Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists were arrested, along with additional suspects believed to have been involved in terrorist activity, according to the military.

Alongside the newly released footage, the IDF also published video from the interrogation of a Hamas operative, originally released on January 7, 2025, in which he describes how Hamas members operate in and around the hospital.
