Twenty Jews were murdered in antisemitic attacks around the world last year. A new report from J7, a task force representing the world’s largest Jewish communities, says it was the deadliest year for Diaspora Jews since the 1994 bombing in Argentina.

The new community, called Shibolet, will include 350 housing units, including 70 for people with disabilities. It will become the 19th community in the Lower Galilee Regional Council.
