British police moved quickly against two young men who filmed themselves dangling banknotes from fishing lines to mock Jews in Haredi neighborhoods. In another incident, a man placed money on the ground as part of an antisemitic social-media challenge. Law enforcement: "This was a deliberate, targeted attack meant to spread hate."
