Mississippi Man's Receipt of 48 Diamond Bracelets Sparks Surprise
A man from Mississippi ordered a diamond bracelet for his wife but was surprised when the package contained 48 bracelets worth approximately $100,000: "I stared at the package for a few seconds, unsure of what to do."

When Dale Dickerson ordered a diamond bracelet for his wife valued at $2,000, he didn't expect what came next. Dale, residing in Mississippi, USA, purchased the luxurious jewelry from 'Jewelry Unlimited' as a gift for his wife. Upon arrival, the package surprisingly included not just one but 48 diamond bracelets, with no receipt or paperwork included.
"I just stood there, staring at the package for a few seconds, unsure of what to do," Dale told ABC News, adding that each bracelet was individually boxed with a handwritten label and serial number: "I was simply stunned."
Facing nearly $100,000 worth of bracelets spread across his kitchen table, Dale finally collected himself and called the company. "I reached the manager and could hear in his voice that he was very stressed," Dale said. Following their initial conversation, the manager continued the discussion over email, thanked Dale for his honesty, and arranged for a pickup of the surplus inventory.
Dale returned the 47 excess bracelets he received, but shortly after, another package arrived at his home—this time, not by mistake. The company decided to send Dale and his wife a pair of diamond earrings as a thank-you gift.
