Passover Egg Noodles for Your Chicken Soup
A simple recipe using potato starch to create soft, golden crepes cut into classic soup strips

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients well until a smooth batter forms. Prepare a crepe pan or a large frying pan with a little oil.
Pour about half a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it thinly, like crepes. Fry on both sides until golden, then continue with the remaining batter.
Stack 3–4 crepes together, roll them up, and slice into thin strips. Add a handful to each bowl of soup before serving.
