Chicken Livers with a Special Twist
A flavorful, quick recipe combining garlic, cumin, and fresh greens for a delicious meal

Instructions
Cut the chicken livers in half and grill them well over an open flame for koshering.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the livers for about 1 minute on each side. Add the spices and continue cooking for another minute on each side.
Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Add the garlic, spinach, and lemon juice to the pan, and cook for a few more minutes while stirring.
