Classic Chopped Liver Recipe: Rich, Authentic, and Easy to Make
Simple to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect served cold for Shabbat or holiday meals

½ kg beef liver
3 eggs
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
First, broil the liver thoroughly to make it kosher. Once it is ready and cooled, cut it into medium sized cubes.
Boil the eggs, peel them, and cut the onion into quarters.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the liver, onion, and whole eggs together for a few minutes, until the onion turns golden.
Let everything cool, then grind all the ingredients together. If any oil remains from frying, add it to the mixture as well.
Store in the refrigerator and serve cold.
