Ingredients

  • 200 g horseradish root

  • 200 g beet

  • A little vinegar

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

Peel the beet and cook it in salted water for about 1 1/2 hours, until tender.

In a food processor, grind the horseradish root, then add the cooked beet. Add salt and vinegar to taste, and store in the refrigerator.
