IDF names Master Sgt. (Res.) Eyal Uriel Bianco, 30, killed in military vehicle rollover in southern Lebanon

The IDF Spokesperson cleared for publication this morning (Tuesday) that Master Sgt. (Res.) Eyal Uriel Bianco, 30, from Katzrin, was killed while serving as a firetruck driver with the Barak (188th) Armored Brigade.

In the incident in which Bianco z"l fell, another reservist was moderately wounded and two more were lightly wounded. All four were injured when a military vehicle overturned, were evacuated for medical treatment, and their families were notified.

Five days ago, First Sergeant Toval Lifshitz, 20, from Beit She'an, fell in combat in southern Lebanon. At the end of March, four soldiers from the Nahal Reconnaissance Unit were killed after encountering terrorists in close-quarters combat.
