5 bay leaves
4 cans tomatoes
3 heads garlic
3 onions
1 carrot
1 package plant-based ground "meat"
1 can tomato paste
¼ cup oil
A splash of red wine
Soy sauce, to taste
Barbecue sauce, to taste
Cumin, to taste
Meat seasoning, to taste
Basil, to taste
Oregano, to taste
Thyme, to taste
Marjoram, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It
Prepare the Tomato Sauce
Crush the carrot and garlic.
Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the carrot and garlic together. Add the bay leaves and continue cooking for another minute.
Mash the tomatoes and add them to the pot.
Add basil, oregano, thyme, marjoram, and any additional herbs according to your taste.
