Gaza: Terrorist Involved in Abduction of Four Young Israelis From the Re’im Junction Shelter Killed

The IDF Spokesperson said this evening (Tuesday) that the IDF killed in Gaza a terrorist who took part in the abduction of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, of blessed memory, Eliya Cohen, Alon Ohel, and Or Levy. The four Israelis were kidnapped on October 7, 2023, from the shelter at Re’im Junction.

IDF forces struck the terrorist yesterday in central Gaza. The terrorist, Youssef Ayash Awad Ramadan, served as the deputy commander of a Hamas *Nukhba* terrorist cell. Ramadan infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 massacre and, as noted, took part in the abduction.

In addition, according to the IDF, during the war and recently, the terrorist advanced terror plans targeting IDF forces and Israeli civilians, and therefore posed an immediate threat to our forces operating in the Gaza Strip.
