Baked Pasta and Cheese Casserole
A comforting baked pasta casserole made with cottage cheese, white cheese, Bulgarian cheese, and eggs, topped with a golden cheesy crust

(Photo: shutterstock) 1 package pasta, preferably a medium-sized shape such as rotini, fusilli, or large shells 1 container (250g / 8 oz) 5% white cheese 1 container (250g / 8 oz) 5% cottage cheese 3 eggs 50g (1.75 oz) grated yellow cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella) 50g (1.75 oz) Bulgarian cheese, crumbled Salt and black pepper, to taste Cook the pasta according to the package directions and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Add the white cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, grated cheese, and crumbled Bulgarian cheese. Season with salt and black pepper and mix everything well until evenly combined. Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized baking dish. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C / 350°F) for 20–30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown on top.Ingredients
