Savory Corn Pancakes with Tzfat Cheese: A Crispy and Delicious Family Favorite
These golden pan fried pancakes are quick to prepare, wonderfully satisfying, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner

2 cans corn kernels, drained 3 eggs 5 heaping tablespoons corn flour 1 tablespoon salt ¼ cup oil 5 tablespoons brown sugar ½ cup grated Tzfat cheese Pour the drained corn into a food processor and blend until smooth. Gradually add the eggs, brown sugar, and salt, continuing to blend. Add the corn flour and mix until well combined. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Using a ladle, pour small amounts of the batter into the pan to form pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden. Sprinkle some grated Tzfat cheese over one half of each pancake, then fold the other half over the cheese. Remove from the pan and serve hot.Ingredients
