1. Chicken Wings With Honey, Soy, and Ginger
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated ginger
4 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
Sesame seeds and scallions for serving
How to Make Them
Mix all the marinade ingredients and let the wings soak for at least an hour.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes, brushing with the sauce once or twice during baking.

2. Teriyaki Wings
Ingredients
1 kg wings
5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons date syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
How to Make Them
Mix all the ingredients and coat the wings well. Bake for about 50 minutes, until the sauce thickens and caramelizes.

3. Sweet and Spicy Wings
Ingredients
1 kg wings
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon honey

How to Make Them
Mix all the ingredients, coat the wings, and bake until they’re browned and crispy. To serve, you can sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds on top.

4. Chicken Wings With Curry and Coconut Milk
Ingredients
1 kg wings
1 can coconut milk
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon ginger
Salt and pepper
How to Make Them
Mix everything together, marinate for about two hours, and bake for about an hour.
At the end, you can turn on the broiler for a few minutes to get a beautiful color.

5. Garlic, Lemon, and Sesame Wings
Ingredients
1 kg wings
Juice of 1 lemon
5 crushed garlic cloves
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
Toasted sesame seeds
How to Make Them
Mix all the ingredients well, marinate for an hour, and bake at high heat until the wings are golden.
Finish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallions.

Tips for Success
- Pat the wings dry well before seasoning for crispier skin.
- Marinating overnight in the fridge will noticeably deepen the flavor.
- Baking on a rack set over a sheet pan will let the fat drip away and create better crispiness.
- At the end of baking, it’s recommended to switch on the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes for deeper color and a crispier texture.
