Linor Abargil: "Faith Gave My Life Meaning"

"Before I started becoming religious, I had so many questions. Why are we here? What are we doing here? Are we born, suffer, and die? Something just didn't make sense to me."

That is what former Miss World, Linor Abargil said in a video she recently shared with her followers, reflecting on the questions that led her to embrace a life of faith.

Abargil, who became religious several years ago, frequently speaks about her spiritual journey and the impact it has had on her life. She explained that finding Torah gave her a sense of purpose she had been searching for.

"I Found Meaning Through Torah"

"When I started going to Torah classes, I found meaning," she said. "Living in this world without faith is a sad way to live."

She encouraged her followers to strengthen their faith in Hashem, saying it has transformed the way she views life.

"If you don't believe that you have a piece of Hashem above within you, that you have someone to rely on, how is it possible to live in this world?" she said. "When I talk about faith, I think it's the greatest gift you can give yourself and your children. You'll know that there is someone holding their hand, that there is someone to rely on in this world."

Abargil on the Spiritual Value of Modesty

In another recent video, Abargil spoke about the value of modesty and encouraged women to view it from a spiritual perspective.

"When you're dressed modestly, people tell you it's being forced on you. They tell you it's like Iran," she said. "We all have a journey to go through. I look at those women, and I'm sure they will go through this journey too. I want them to understand how precious they are, and how, when the body is covered, it protects the soul from within."

She concluded with a heartfelt message: "How precious we are, and how much we deserve to understand that."
