Gaza Strike Kills Nukhba Commander Who Took Part in Oct. 7 Assault

The IDF spokesperson said Wednesday evening that earlier today, the IDF killed a company commander in the Nukhba unit in Gaza who took part in the October 7 raid on communities near the Gaza border. The killing was carried out as part of a Shin Bet and IDF operation within the framework of Project NILI, which is intended to locate and eliminate Nukhba terrorists who participated in the October 7 massacre.

Gazans reported that in the strike, in the al-Mawasi area, five additional Hamas terrorists were wounded. It was also reported that IDF forces fired at targets east of Gaza City, alongside an Air Force strike. The reports further claimed that some of the fire hit the compound of the "Baptist" hospital.

On the northern front, Lebanese sources reported IDF strikes in southern Lebanon. One strike targeted an objective in the town of Houla. Another strike took place in the village of al-Mansouri. It was also reported that the IDF fired artillery toward the outskirts of Ali al-Taher, the area where dozens of Hezbollah terrorists are trapped and surrounded.
