US President Donald Trump revealed last night (Friday night) in a conversation with reporters that Israel has assisted Saudi Arabia in its operations against the Houthis. When asked whether the Abraham Accords were back on the negotiating table, the president replied: "Yes, I think so. Maybe more than ever before. Saudi Arabia is very happy to receive Israel's support and our support."

President Trump did not disclose how or when Israel assisted the Saudis, nor what his statement regarding the Abraham Accords was based on. A few months ago, Trump noted that Saudi Arabia would move forward with the Abraham Accords, to which Saudi officials responded that Riyadh's condition remains "launching a real diplomatic process that will ultimately lead to the establishment of a sovereign Palestinian state." According to Saudi officials, normalization with Israel will not proceed until that condition is met.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia announced that its forces destroyed two Houthi ballistic missile launchers in the Saada province as part of efforts to prevent further attacks against its territory. Reports from Yemen indicate that missiles struck near the local airport and military facilities in the city, which serve as a base for forces opposing the Houthis. Targets reportedly included Saudi force headquarters and weapons depots at the Badr camp. The full extent of damage and casualties has not yet been verified.

Additionally, explosions and fires were reported in the Dammam area and at oil facilities in eastern Saudi Arabia. At the same time, disruptions were reported in air traffic at King Fahd International Airport, alongside explosions in the Abha and Khamis Mushait regions.

According to reports across several Arab media outlets, Iran continues to actively assist the Houthis. Tehran has reportedly dispatched Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) officers to Yemen, along with weapons shipments containing drone components and missile guidance systems. Reports indicate that IRGC personnel are assisting the Houthis with missile deployment, radar operations, and attack planning. Iran denies direct involvement.

Meanwhile, the Houthis reported today that they are releasing 159 prisoners of war in Yemen, in coordination with the International Committee of the Red Cross.
