Traditional Passover Fluffy Matzah Balls
A step-by-step guide to making perfect matzah balls for your Seder meal or chicken soup

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and knead by hand for 4–5 minutes. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours (do not refrigerate for more than 2 hours).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil with a little salt and oil.
Form small balls from the mixture and drop them into the boiling water. Cook for about 20 minutes, until all the balls float to the surface.
