No-Bake Coconut Pecan Bites

Creamy coconut treats made with condensed milk and crunchy pecans

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded coconut

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth, uniform mixture.

  2. Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, shape the mixture into small balls, roll them in coconut, and place a pecan in the center of each one.
