A handful of chopped cilantro A handful of chopped dill A handful of chopped parsley A handful of chopped chives 1 tablespoon raw tahini ½ onion, finely chopped ½ cup chopped almonds ¼ cup whole grain rice flour 1 egg, beaten ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ cup brown rice Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook the brown rice with 1¼ cups of water until tender. Transfer the cooked rice to a large bowl. Add the fresh herbs, onion, tahini, rice flour, almonds, egg, and nutmeg. Mix well until a uniform mixture forms. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired. Shape the mixture into small flat patties. Arrange the patties on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
