During a Royal Jordanian flight passing through Israeli airspace, the pilot reportedly told passengers the plane was flying over "Palestinian lands" and that Jerusalem is the "eternal capital of Palestine." MK Avi Maoz has appealed to Israel’s Civil Aviation Authority, demanding administrative and regulatory sanctions against the Jordanian airline.

Israel will reopen the Jordan-Israel Allenby Bridge crossing on Wednesday for the transfer of goods and aid after tightened security on both sides of the border
