An indictment was filed against a resident of Bi'ina in northern Israel, accused of carrying out security-related assignments for Iranian intelligence operatives. He allegedly documented President Isaac Herzog during a hospital visit in Nahariya and the area around former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant’s home.

The Shin Bet and police arrested Behrouz Subirgoun, a foreign national from Tajikistan who holds a Russian passport, on suspicion of committing security offenses in Israel involving contact with Iranian intelligence operatives. The alleged spy photographed security sites and reported missile impact locations to the Iranians.
