Nikolay Mladenov, CEO of the Gaza Peace Council, issued his first statement in Hebrew, firmly denying any financial agreement with Hamas. He also confirmed that a mechanism to review violations of the Gaza agreement is already up and running.

The 15-point agreement includes a commitment to pay up to $400 million in debts to suppliers, contractors, and public employees. The Peace Council says every claim will be reviewed and that debts tied to terrorism or corruption will not be covered.

The IDF’s Arabic-language spokesperson, Ella Waweya, issued a warning to Gaza Strip residents about what it described as an economic scam by Hamas. According to the statement, old banknotes are expected to lose their value while the terrorist organization tries to unload them and shift the losses onto Gaza’s residents.

Qatar is reportedly tightening its stance toward Hamas leadership after Khalil al-Hayya’s selection. At the same time, the organization is preparing to move its covert operational hubs to Turkey, while its leadership remains in Doha.

Amid international pressure, the IDF has tightened its approval process for strikes in Gaza. At the same time, political tensions are growing over the next stage of the ceasefire deal and the proposed deployment of an international stabilization force.

A Hamas spokesman claimed in an interview that the organization “never commits crimes against civilians.” Piers Morgan repeatedly interrupted him, citing the October 7 attack and the war crimes committed by the terrorist organization.

The IDF says it killed a Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist who infiltrated Israeli communities on October 7, helped hold Rom Braslavski captive, and took part in multiple hostage handover ceremonies.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office sent a message to the White House regarding the agreement reached with Hamas. Israel stressed: "Our assessment is that if we redeploy before Hamas is genuinely disarmed, they will rebuild their terrorist infrastructure."

The IDF said it killed several operatives in strikes across Gaza, including Alaa Imad Khamis Taramsi, a member of the Army of Islam terror group. The group was previously involved in the kidnapping of Gilad Shalit. Palestinians reported 14 people killed across the Strip since the morning hours.

The IDF killed two Hamas operatives, including a Hamas Nukhba cell commander who took part in the Oct. 7 attack on Kibbutz Nir Oz. A large-scale operation in Samaria included arrests, questioning and extensive searches.

As a Hamas delegation meets with local officials in Egypt, reports say the terrorist organization is considering approving a plan for the complete dismantling of its weapons and tunnel network. The key condition: the weapons would be transferred to Palestinian entities, not Israel.

The IDF says it struck southern Gaza and killed Ahmed Hasham Mahmoud Louh, the leader of a Hamas sniper cell in the Nuseirat Battalion. In a separate strike, it said it killed Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Taroush, a military-wing platoon commander who took part in the October 7 attack on Israeli communities near Gaza.

The IDF announced the destruction of another Hamas underground route in northern Gaza. The operation was carried out by forces from the Northern Brigade and the elite Yahalom unit, which have been working to clear the area of terror infrastructure.

The IDF said it killed two senior operatives in Gaza over the weekend, including a *Nukhba* militant from Palestinian Islamic Jihad and a commander in Hamas police. According to the military, both were involved in advancing terror plans against Israel.

Israel’s security cabinet approved the entry of an international force, a “Peace Council,” and a technocratic government into Gaza. A reconstruction pilot is set to begin in Rafah, subject to continued IDF control of the Yellow Line and strict restrictions.

The family of Alon Shamriz, who was mistakenly shot and killed in Gaza by IDF soldiers while escaping Hamas captivity, asked that he be recognized as a fallen IDF soldier. The justices rejected the request, saying Shamriz “does not meet the formal criterion for classification.”

Palestinian reports said Wael al-Dadawi, commander of Hamas’s Internal Security apparatus in the central camps district, was killed in an IDF drone strike. His deputy was also killed in the attack. The IDF also confirmed that it killed the head of a section in Hamas’s production headquarters earlier this week.

The IDF said it carried out a strike in central Gaza and killed Mohand Asaad Mahmoud Abu Gazal, a Hamas Nukhba cell commander. In additional strikes, the military said it destroyed terror infrastructure and weapons storage sites used by the organization.

Canadian authorities have charged a 33-year-old Toronto resident with aiding Hamas. Police say he incited hatred against Jews and Israelis during demonstrations and acted on behalf of the terror organization.
