Police and inspectors from the Israel Nature and Parks Authority uncovered an attempt to smuggle dozens of protected birds into Israeli territory. Two Hebron residents were arrested, and their detention was extended as the investigation continues.

At the military cemetery on Mount Herzl, Staff Sgt. Nave Havshush, one of four armored corps soldiers killed in battle in southern Lebanon overnight between Thursday and Friday, was laid to rest. He is the third fallen soldier from Geva Binyamin-Adam since the war began, and the 64th from the Binyamin Regional Council since October 7, 2023.

Israel’s Home Front Command said that starting Monday at 6 a.m., the entire country will be considered an area without restrictions. Hezbollah responded: "There is no ceasefire with freedom of action for Israel. The IDF must withdraw."

The Shin Bet and the IDF have revealed the identities of Hamas operatives working from Turkey to advance terror activity in Judea and Samaria. According to security officials, dozens of attacks foiled over the past year were directed by them through recruitment, financing, and the transfer of weapons.

The IDF cleared for publication the name of the fourth soldier killed in the battalion commander’s tank disaster in southern Lebanon. Staff Sgt. Naveh Chabshush, 20, from Geva Binyamin, fell alongside his commander and three fellow crew members.
