Israel’s Diaspora Affairs Ministry says organizations established in Turkey are collecting information on IDF soldiers to build legal cases over their involvement in the fighting in Gaza. The activity, it says, is taking place with the Turkish regime’s knowledge.

The IDF released new figures on its operations against terror infrastructure and underground routes in Gaza since the ceasefire began. Military officials said, "There is still work to be done."

The IDF is preparing for the possibility that Iran may attempt a surprise attack on Israel, strengthening its defensive and early-warning capabilities. At the same time, scenarios are taking shape for an independent Israeli response or a joint operation with the United States.

Sources in Gaza claim that a “special force” attempted to abduct a senior figure in the terror organization near Gaza City, and that several militia members who took part in the operation were left trapped. IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir held a multi-front assessment and ordered heightened readiness for an additional division in the West Bank ahead of the holidays. "We are at a high level of alert in the face of volatility on multiple fronts."

Two explosive drones were launched at IDF forces operating on the Ali Tahar Ridge, where dozens of Hezbollah operatives are surrounded. One drone was intercepted, while the other "disappeared." The IDF has launched a series of strikes in southern Lebanon.

The IDF destroyed a building in Jabalia that Hamas operatives had used as an ambush site and weapons depot. The structure was located near a school and a hospital. Several operatives were killed in the strike.

Michel Issa, the U.S. ambassador to Lebanon, responded to questions about why no agreement has been reached to halt Israeli strikes. He added: "Hezbollah does not want to do anything, so why are we demanding that Israel do everything?"

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir toured the Gaza Strip and made clear that the IDF will continue working to dismantle Hamas and prevent it from rebuilding its strength. He said the pursuit of the October 7 terrorists will continue until they are eliminated, even over the long term.

The IDF, guided by the Shin Bet, struck facilities used by Hamas. The sites reportedly stored rockets, weapons, explosive devices, grenades, and other combat equipment.

At least five kites were found in Kfar Aza and Nahal Oz, including one bearing the message: "We will never calm down." At the same time, the IDF and Shin Bet destroyed two Hamas weapons depots inside mosques.
